All servers are custom built machines using top quality hardware that is known for its reliability. Server loads are carefully monitored to ensure the best possible service to customers and when a hardware upgrade is needed, it is carried out without delay.

Minimum Server Specification
We only use Supermicro servers for all servers which are true server-grade machines in every sense of the term.
We use a range of different CPU's in our servers from top line Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz (hyperthreading, 800 Mhz FSB, 2 MB cache) to powerful dual Intel Xeon Nocona hyperthreading, 64-bit) and dual AMD Opteron 246 (64 bit).
All servers use 3ware Serial ATA hardware RAID5 technology for hard drive redundancy ensuring that if one drive fails the server remains online and functioning normally with no service interruption. The Supermicro chassis used for all servers has 4 hotswap bays which we use for RAID5 (3 drives, 320 GB total capacity) and daily backups (1 drive, 160 GB capacity).
Our servers use high speed, 160 GB SATA (Serial ATA) hard drives throughout. These drives (Raid Edition where applicable) allow for hotswap changes and offer superb reliability.
We use only the highest Corsair quality RAM in our servers comprising of DDRII technology running at 400 Mhz which ensures that access to the server memory is a quick and efficient process.
